miPayslip

miPayslip is a service which allows Corporate Employers to SMS payslip data directly to an employee via his/her cell phone.
miPayslip sends a comprehensive electronic representation of the actual payslip data directly to the employee via a secure electronic platform, thus providing a cost effective substitute.
The employer will enjoy immediate savings on the logistical cost associated with conventional printing and distribution of payslips, while allowing the employee the flexibility of requesting a printed version when required.

How it works.
Payslip data is transferred via an API/Web Service or SFTP.  Alternatively, Cellfind can develop a 3rd Party Application which will sit on the organisations server and will transfer the data to Cellfind.  The payslip data is then fowarded by Cellfind to the customer’s cell phone.  The payslipis retrievable via a secure (128 bit SSL encryption) WAP link or a USSD string (e.g. *120*889*1234#). The PIN will be included in the initial welcome SMS and the WAP link or USSD string will be displayed in the payslip SMS.

miPayslip can be customised to accommodate pre-defined customer requirements.

-       Tax number
-       Leave Balance

-       Non-office based employees are able to receive a payslip on the day it is generated.
